General Staff Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Baptized believer in Jesus Christ
- Active participant in New Testament church
- Relatively debt free upon employment
- Physically fit and able to be active
- No more than four children

Childcare Staff
- Houseparents maintain a loving Christian home for the children.
- Houseparents volunteer to meet the needs of the ministry.
Educational Staff
- A K-12 accredited school functions to meet a child's educational needs while in placement.
- Teachers must be able to obtain certification in Oklahoma.
Support Staff
- Services provided by support staff include those needed to operate the physical plant and make it possible for house-parents and teachers to do their jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Support staff also play an important role as mentors and change agents in the lives of our kids.
