You Can Sponsor a Child or Large Cookson Family By:

  • Meeting the special needs of a child.
  • Helping to offset the cost of child care.
  • Meeting the special needs of a large Cookson family.
  • Sponsors model God's love by becoming involved with children and families who need caring, Christian friends.
  • The cost to minister to each child continues to escalate each year.
  • However, God continues to meet those needs through the generosity of His churches.
  • You can help offset these costs for a $25.00 a month sponsorship.

Sponsor a Family

Special donations:

Kitchen, bath,or food showers are three activities that you may want to pursue, as well as finding out what other individual items may be needed by the house (curtains, linens, towels, etc.).

Financial:

Gifts of money may be sent to fund child care family activities and help celebrate the children's birthdays.

Your gifts will also help offset the expense of physical property maintenance (appliance repairs, furniture, painting) and of purchasing needed tools.

Correspondence

You can send a child cards, letters, and/or small gifts for special occasions (ie., holidays, birthday, etc.)

Financial

Sponsoring a child in this way will help to provide:

Food, clothing, and shelter.

Education. (attendance at a private school, books, instructions, athletic and extracurricular participation)

Family activities.

Individual and family therapy.

Personal and special needs.
